Requirements and responsibilities

About AmprionAmprion is the global leader in advancing the diagnosis of neurodegenerative disorders through the development and application of Seed Amplification Assays (SAA). Our technology empowers precision medicine by enabling early, accurate detection of misfolded proteins associated with diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Lewy body dementia.Historically, diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases have been symptom-driven, often resulting in misdiagnosis and delayed care. Many patients endure a “diagnostic odyssey,” seeking answers that are often not confirmed until autopsy. With limited tools available, physicians have historically had to rely on their best judgment rather than definitive biological evidence.Amprion’s SAAmplify™ platform changes that paradigm. By enabling highly sensitive, early detection of disease-causing proteins, we provide critical biological insights that support earlier intervention, enhance clinical trial recruitment, and accelerate the discovery of disease-modifying therapies. Our mission is to help end the global burden of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other neurodegenerative disorders through groundbreaking diagnostic solutions. As we expand our national presence, we are seeking a driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead our U.S. sales efforts.Position OverviewThe National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the U.S. This role will oversee regional sales teams (Diagnostic Service Consultants) and build strategic relationships with key accounts, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets in alignment with the company’s goals. This position is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial sales leader with a strong background in diagnostics, genetics or medical device sales.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve growth objectives and market share goals.Recruit, train, and manage Diagnostic Service Consultants (sales team).
