We are looking for an experienced ICT Operations Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the Operations and Maintenance activities of Physical and Virtual Servers, Network infrastructures, and Services Management. This role involves daily support and operation maintenance activities as well as specific projects related to internal roadmap or customer-specific requirements. The candidate will report directly to the Head of the ICT Department and the Group CIO. Responsibilities: - Manage the Operations and Maintenance activities of Physical and Virtual Servers, Network infrastructures, and Services Management - Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level ICT technical support - Administer Microsoft Windows OS (Client and Servers side) and Windows Active Directory domains - Configure and manage hyper-V/ESXi hypervisors - Administer Windows/Linux systems, services, and management tools - Maintain and upgrade networks devices, switches, and routers - Configure advanced Firewalls - Monitor and maintain Cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) - Implement Servers and Network infrastructure monitoring tools and principles - Follow ITIL/ITSM/Cobit Infrastructure administration and maintenance procedures and solutions - Apply ICT and Information Security Principles standards and tools
