Responsibilities

You'll be Responsible for: * Discovery & CMDB: Building, troubleshooting, and optimizing Horizontal and Vertical. * Discovery patterns to ensure the CMDB is a complete, accurate source of truth (the CSDM Guru). * Service Mapping: Creating and maintaining end-to-end Service Maps so we can instantly see the business impact of an outage. * Event Management: Connecting all our monitoring tools, writing correlation rules, cutting down the alert noise, and automating fixes (AIOps). * Platform Health: Running Health Scans and Instance Assessments to keep our ServiceNow instance running fast and clean. Using Performance Analytics (PA) to spot and fix trends. * Infrastructure: Everything Mid Server—setup, maintenance, and working with networking teams on port/firewall rules for Discovery. * Integrations: Building API connections (REST/SOAP/JavaScript) to link ServiceNow with tools like Splunk, Azure, and our monitoring stack.
