AI Native Developer (LangChain + CrewAI Developer) – Intelligent Guest Experience Platform. 📍 Remote (min 2 hrs EST overlap) We're looking for an AI Native Developer to build an intelligent guest experience platform using cutting-edge large language models, agentic workflows, and cloud-native infrastructure. You'll work closely with our Product Manager and engineering team to design production-ready AI agents for the hospitality sector. 🎯 Key Responsibilities - Agentic AI Systems - Build multi-agent workflows with LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen. - Design agents that reason, plan, and interact with hotel systems. - Create memory-enabled agents for personalized, contextual guest experiences. - Advanced RAG & LLM Infrastructure - Architect multi-tenant RAG pipelines and semantic routing. - Fine-tune and deploy domain-specific LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-weight models). - Build evaluation frameworks for continuous model improvement. - Production AI Services. - Design scalable inference endpoints. - API middleware for hotel PMS/POS systems (Oracle OPERA, Mews, Toast). - Implement real-time streaming and feedback loops. - Mobile-First Architecture - Develop mobile-optimized conversational AI interfaces. - Build personalization engines and real-time recommendation systems. ✅ Required Experience - 5+ years in AI/ML Engineering, including production systems. - Hands-on with LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph or similar frameworks. - Deep understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. - Proficiency with vector DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma. - Strong Python (FastAPI, Django), async programming. - Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes. -Familiarity with multi-tenant systems, APIs (REST, GraphQL), and real-time data pipelines. 🚀 Bonus Points - Experience with multimodal models, reinforcement learning, or knowledge graphs. - Background in hospitality tech (PMS, POS, booking systems). - Security & compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.). - Strong collaboration skills and open-source contributions. - Hospitality experience is a nice-to-have qualification. 🧰 Stack Highlights LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, OpenAI API, Pinecone, Weaviate, AWS Bedrock,FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Weights & Biases. 🌟 Why This Role? - Build AI agents that autonomously handle real-world hospitality workflows. - Work with a product-led team that iterates fast and integrates user feedback. - Help shape the future of AI-native hospitality experiences. 📅 Logistics - Duration: 3–6 months, with potential extension. - Time Zone: Must overlap at least 2 hrs with EST. - Full-time Job: At least 160 hours per month, hourly paid. - Process: Weekly sprints, daily standups, architecture reviews. - Language: Fluent English required.
