Data Analytics Lead at MesaStrategy

We are hiring a strategic and hands-on Head of Analytics for a global company to lead and develop a high-performing team of junior analysts. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CEO—an experienced industry leader—and a consulting Senior Analyst during a transitional knowledge transfer phase to: • Establish best practices for data-driven decision-making. • Shape the future of our analytics function during a critical phase of growth. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO to align company strategy with analyst performance. • Accelerate through the learning curve to master industry-specific knowledge and operational frameworks. • Progressively assume comprehensive managerial authority, demonstrating leadership maturity and decision-making autonomy. • Guide team members through organizational transitions while maintaining operational continuity. • Co-author and validate comprehensive project plans, staffing strategies, and technical documentation. • Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow efficiency. • Serve as the critical bridge between the CEO's vision and team execution—anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and driving alignment. Who You Are: • Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred). • At least two years in similar roles. • Fluent in English (B2+).
