We are a staffing agency focused on connecting talent to U.S.-based businesses. ◽ The ideal candidate must prove past success in sales roles, preferably in business development, and will be required to enhance our sales strategies. 🔵 Benefits: ◽ Base salary in US Dollars ($5/h + Commissions). ◽ 100% Work from home. ◽ Full-time job. 🔵 Requirements: ◽ Experience as a Business Development Manager/Representative. ◽ At least two years of experience in sales. ◽ Strong experience and achievements as a BDM (Business Development Manager) are required. ◽ Experience with B2B sales. ◽ English is required. ◽ You will need your equipment as well. 🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ Lead outreach. ◽ Sales strategy creation and implementation. ◽ Generate and qualify leads. ◽ Overcome lead objections. ◽ Close deals. ◽ Handle the entire sales cycle. ◽ Possibly welcoming new sales members and leading them as the department grows.
