Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Provide friendly and personalized service, advising clients on styles, cuts, and treatments that suit their needs and preferences. - Haircuts and Styling: Perform high-quality haircuts and styling techniques, keeping up with the latest trends and adapting to each client's unique style. - Hair Coloring: Apply various coloring techniques, including touch-ups, balayage, highlights, and full-color applications, prioritizing hair health. - Hair Care Treatments: Offer specialized treatments to strengthen and enhance hair, such as deep hydration and straightening services. - Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to the salon's health and safety standards. - Ongoing Education: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new techniques, trends, and products in the hairstyling industry. - Product Sales: Advise clients on recommended hair care products and promote salon offerings. - Exceptional Client Experience: Ensure clients feel valued and receive high-quality service. - Training Workshops: Engage in professional workshops to develop both technical and business skills. - Promotion of Additional Services: Suggest beneficial products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue opportunities. - Collaborative Work Environment: Cooperate with the team and contribute to the salon’s growth.
