Requirements and responsibilities

Hikru is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications using React, TypeScript, and .NET Core. You will design and implement front-end features, develop and debug APIs, and work with SQL Server databases in a modern, cloud-centric environment. If you have a strong track record with message-driven architectures (RabbitMQ or equivalent) and real-time Web Socket solutions (SignalR), and you enjoy tackling complex problems, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Front-End Development ▫️Develop and maintain advanced React and TypeScript applications. ▫️Integrate state management, observables, service workers, and other modern React tooling. Back-End Services ▫️Build and optimize .NET Core APIs, ensuring scalability and performance. ▫️Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business logic and data access layers. Database & Data Management ▫️Work with SQL Server to write efficient queries, stored procedures, and ensure data integrity. ▫️Participate in performance tuning and debugging of large-scale enterprise databases. Real-Time & Event-Driven Systems ▫️Implement and maintain SignalR for Web Socket communication. ▫️Manage RabbitMQ or other message bus integrations for asynchronous workflows and event-driven architecture. Debugging & Troubleshooting ▫️Resolve complex issues across the stack with a strong focus on enterprise-grade performance and reliability. ▫️Estimate and scope development tasks accurately. Required Qualifications ▫️5+ years of React + TypeScript development (front-end), including knowledge of state management, observables, and advanced React features. ▫️5+ years of modern .NET experience (Core or later) building robust Web APIs. ▫️5+ years debugging enterprise-grade solutions at scale. ▫️3+ years working with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning). ▫️2+ years using SignalR (or similar Web Socket frameworks) for real-time communications. ▫️2+ years with RabbitMQ or other message bus systems (e.g., MSMQ, Kafka, etc.). ▫️Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken). ▫️Ability to work independently or as part of a team. ▫️Strong aptitude for task estimation and delivery within deadlines. Preferred Qualifications ▫️Experience upgrading .NET Framework to .NET 8+. ▫️Familiarity with Entity Framework or other ORMs. ▫️Knowledge of the Dapr event-driven runtime. ▫️Electron-based application development. ▫️PL/SQL (Oracle) experience. ▫️Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and PowerShell scripting. ▫️Containerization using Docker or similar tools.
