Coordination and teamwork with the product manager ◽ Coordinate to determine "when to build": Product roadmaps and delivery plans, for example. ◽ Collaborate to define specifications and provide context for what needs to be built based on discoveries made in the discovery phase. ◽ Participate in communications with the Product Manager and various stakeholders. ◽ Jointly monitor and control budget, risks, administrative work (e.g., month-end closures), and project control. ◽ Jointly responsible for continuously improving what is built, the methodology, processes, and the team. 4. Stay updated on digital product construction and software engineering ◽ Continuously stay informed about methodologies, tools, processes, dynamics, etc., and everything that aids in constructing digital products. ◽ Monitor leading digital products and software engineering experts to continuously incorporate learnings from their contributions. ◽ Proactively support other Engineer Managers at Zeppelin and the community, assisting them in constructing their products.
