- Our internship program provides a fully immersive user-centered design project experience. - Each intern has a Blink manager providing mentorship, direction, and support. - The internship runs for 12 weeks from June 3rd to August 23rd. - Hourly pay rate: $22/hr. Blink is looking for a UX Researcher to join the paid summer internship program. The internship offers real, client-facing work in the fields of product design and user-centered design. Interns will work on pro-bono client projects and collaborate with Blink designers and researchers, client stakeholders, and fellow interns. The internship requires a location in Boston, San Diego, or Seattle, with interns encouraged to utilize in-person work for collaboration, mentorship, and studio events. The hourly pay rate is $22/hr, and the internship runs for 12 weeks from June 3rd to August 23rd. Responsibilities: - Collaborate and contribute across the user-centered design process. - Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and project objectives. - Contribute to all aspects of UX research: create study plans, recruit participants, conduct user interviews, conduct qualitative analysis, and make design recommendations. - Bring a point-of-view into the practice, put forward brave ideas, and participate in company and research practice group activities.
