We are looking for a consumer-focused, data-driven Vice President of Growth to own and execute our growth strategy from the ground up. The VP of Growth will be responsible for creating and implementing customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategies. This role requires a lot of business savvy and the ability to effectively pull the right levers to meet and exceed revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth strategy development and execution, with experience in an ecommerce environment and a people leadership role. They should also be skilled in data-driven storytelling, quantitative analytics, and multi-channel experiments. Responsibilities:
- Own full-funnel customer acquisition and activation strategies for new and existing patients by leveraging performance-driven campaigns across our entire marketing portfolio: paid search, organic search, SEO, social, CTV, streaming audio, display, affiliates etc.
- Foster a culture of testing and experimentation to innovate on how we drive business growth from acquisition and user engagement through retention and monetization.
- Recruit and Manage a team of cross-channel marketing leads and provide them with the tools and guidance needed to grow the business efficiently.
- Build and deliver daily, monthly, quarterly and annual growth forecasts to refine scenarios based on company revenue & LTV:CAC projections.
- Own the full P&L for Growth Marketing by managing budgeting, bidding/spend, and marketing KPIs for LTV:CAC, revenue targets, and acquisition quality.
- Partner directly with Finance and Exec to deliver daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual growth forecasts to refine scenarios based on company revenue & LTV:CAC
- Collaborate with data, product and engineering leadership on technology investments that accelerate growth.
