Manager, Market Efficiency at Shipt

We are seeking a Manager, Market Efficiency to lead a team focused on real-time order management and response. As a member of the Market Optimization & Efficiency team within Shipt, you will play a key role in scaling marketplace levers and centralized processes to maximize value and efficiency. Responsibilities: - Directly and indirectly lead a team of up to 16 Operations Specialists, Senior Specialists, and Associate Manager(s). This is a workforce with both exempt and non-exempt employees. - Oversee daily team performance, focus on professional growth, and manage performance evaluations. - Analyze demand and weather forecasts, collaborating with Operations to fine-tune supply settings for optimal reliability and financial outcomes. - Work with Operations, Product, and Data Science teams to introduce new tools enhancing our service for Members, Shoppers, and Retailers.
