We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspection and Packaging Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products to ensure quality, proper packaging, and accurate record-keeping. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are essential for success.
Responsibilities:
* Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies.
* Perform online AQL inspections on finished products.
* Perform online AQL inspections on labeling and cartoning of finished products.
* Conduct incoming inspections of production components, including but not limited to vials, stoppers, seals, and filters.
* Package products according to company standards.
* Maintain accurate inspection and packaging records.
* Report any issues or deviations to the supervisor.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
* Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry.
