Requirements and responsibilities


Why this role exists: Amazing sales mean nothing if customers don’t adopt the system. You’ll own onboarding and ongoing success, making sure every client activates, sticks, and sees ROI—so churn stays near zero and upsell potential stays high. What you’ll do (first 90 days): * Onboard & activate – guide new contractor clients from kick-off to first wins, using our playbooks in GoHighLevel and ClickUp. * Drive adoption – keep clients accountable to the marketing system, troubleshoot roadblocks, and surface quick-win strategies. * Retention & growth – track health scores, spot expansion opportunities, and flag risks early for intervention. * Client voice – relay feedback to product, marketing, and sales so we keep iterating fast. * Startup extras – jump into light admin tasks or side projects as we scale (everyone wears a few hats here). Must-haves: * 2+ years in customer success or account management (B2B SaaS or agency a plus). * Fluent English; hospitable, people-first approach. * Comfortable learning new tools; GoHighLevel / ClickUp familiarity is icing, not required. * Tech-savvy enough to demo features and solve basic workflow issues. * Core traits: proactive problem-solver, empathetic communicator, relentlessly organised. Compensation & upside: * USD600 - 1.5K monthly. * After month 3: switch to a results-based pay plan—so your earnings scale with client success. No artificial ceiling. * Equity potential for true rockstars who grow with the business. * Two “work-ation” months per year (Lanello covers flights & housing) and optional relocation to Medellín, Colombia.
