Job DescriptionNeko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public. This requires completely reimagining the healthcare experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI. We are a remote first company with headquarters in Stockholm and over 300 employees across Europe. Job Title: Clinic Manager Hiring manager: Clinic Area Manager Location: Neko Health, Birmingham, United Kingdom. Hours: Full-time, five days per week, 4 days on management activity this will be in the clinic, 1 day on service provision. Salary: To be discussed in interviewsKey Management Responsibilities:Line management of clinic operatorsPerforming regular 121s and sit ins with clinic operatorsRecruitment of clinic staffCascading and implementing changes to practiceEnsuring compliance with Clinical SOPs and protocolsMonitoring KPIsOverseeing incident reporting and risk managementReviewing the quality of medical care providedProviding feedback to operators on the quality of their medical careMonitoring and feeding back on rebooking rate and customer satisfactionManage operator staffing to ensure 100% uptimeWork closely with the Clinical Site Manager to run the clinicKey Service Provision Responsibilities:Conduct thorough Neko Health scan on membersProvide world class hospitality care when engaging with membersDemonstrate precise phlebotomy skillsWork calmly under pressure when encountering tech issuesPay high attention to hygiene and cleanlinessEnsure inventory stock is maintained at an appropriate levelContribute to clinical quality improvement activityCollaborate with teams across Neko to develop and improve our technologyTo work flexibility, and to adapt and update your skills as the role requiresQualifications:Nursing of Biomedical Science degreeSignificant experience working independently as a nurseStrong understanding of health screening and diagnostic proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learningPrior team management experience is a plusWhat we offerWe offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development.
