• Review prospects and deal terms prepared by Sales teams for accuracy and meeting team procedures and corporate pricing guidelines • Work one-on-one with Sales representatives on book of business and opportunity tracking to ensure information is both accurate and up to date • Act as a point of contact in all aspects of Sales’ standard operation procedures, including educating and training Sales on proper use of systems • Work with various teams (Legal, Finance, and Marketing) to make sure all procedure requirements are met • Assist Sales representatives with completion of proposals, presentation quality checks and upholding marketing / branding guidelines and standards • Complete additional team projects as needed.
