WHAT WE WILL DOBackoffice AI EnablementDesign and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize Backoffice processes.Identify, prioritize, and execute AI and automation use cases with business impact.AI Development & AutomationDevelop, deploy, and maintain AI models, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM, data platforms).Systems Integration & DataWork with structured and unstructured data sources to enable AI-driven insights.Governance, Security & ComplianceEnsure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance standards.Collaboration & EnablementPartner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Support adoption through documentation and best practices.WHAT WE REQUIRE5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data-driven automation, intelligent systems, or software engineering (e.g., AI Engineer, ML Engineer, Data Scientist with production experience) with at least 3+ years of experience focused on AI development and automation.Experience using GitHub for source control, collaboration, versioning, and review of AI and automation code, following established development and security practices.Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, natural language processing, document intelligence, and automation tools.Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.Solid understanding of Middlewares, REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and preparing data for AI use.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and managed AI/ML services.Experience with version control, CI/CD, and basic MLOps practices.Ability to translate business/backoffice problems into technical AI solutions and measurable outcomes.Proficiency in written and spoken English.Strong ability to understand business processes and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to identify and refine AI opportunities.Clear, structured communicator who can explain complex technical concepts in simple terms for decision makers.Proactive, ownership-driven mindset: comfortable taking a problem from idea to proof of concept to production.Strong collaboration skills; able to work closely with IT, security, data, and engineering teams.Curiosity and continuous learning attitude towards new AI technologies, tools, and best practices.Ability to work as a direct contractor.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.AI related certifications are a plus.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENTUpon hire, you must be able to provide documentation that proves authorization to work in your country of residence.OUR CULTUREWe offer a dynamic, culturally diverse, and fun environment where people with energy, creativity, and passion work together to deliver amazing product experiences for our customers.
