Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual Senior Auditor & Accounting Supervisor (Spanish-English) to join our team. This role requires a proactive and independent professional with excellent client communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Perform audit fieldwork and testing from planning through completion. * Prepare, organize, and maintain high-quality audit workpapers. * Request, analyze, and validate client documentation and supporting evidence. * Identify audit risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement. * Assist with audit reports and engagement deliverables. * Collaborate remotely with the audit team to meet deadlines and quality standards. Requirements: * Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. * Availability to work in the United States for training purposes. * Proficiency in advanced flow and audit software. * Ability to manage deadlines and evaluate staff performance.
