We partner closely with OpenAI and Anthropic, giving us rare visibility into the most advanced models, roadmaps, and GTM strategies in the world.About The RoleStrategic Account Executives (AEs) are responsible for partnering with our largest and highest potential customers. AEs manage key accounts that consistently create successful outcomes for their team, the client, Tribe consultants, and Tribe itself. In addition to ensuring we deliver at the highest levels for our customers, AEs are responsible for growing and expanding our relationships with these core accounts. We’re seeking a high-performing salesperson with a proven track record, strong entrepreneurial instincts, and a passion for the transformative potential of AI.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing.Identify and engage prospective clients in large enterprises, focusing on AI services, backend infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions.Develop strategic account plans and tailor solutions to meet client-specific needs.Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, fulfillment) to align client needs with service and platform offerings.Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.Represent Tribe AI at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.About You5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a focus on selling services to large enterprises.Experience selling AI technologies and/or backend infrastructure/cloud services.Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an enterprise sales role.Strong understanding of technical sales cycles, particularly in the AI, infrastructure and/or cloud sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Direct work experience within an early stage startupTrack record of going above and beyond the role to support the growth and success of the company (building processes, enablement, etc.)Why Join UsWork on diverse, cutting-edge AI projects that push the boundaries of what's possibleDesign solutions for some of the most interesting and challenging problems across industriesJoin a team of technical experts who are passionate about AI innovationExperience rapid growth and learning opportunities in a fast-paced startup environmentShape the future of enterprise AI implementation alongside our leadership teamBe part of a culture that values excellence, innovation, and impactTravel RequirementsFrequently traveling to see clients and partners~2X per monthThe Team / Reporting StructureReporting to the Head of Sales, BrandonClose partnership with the founders, Jaclyn and NoahThe product and fulfillment organization, led by CraigThe partnership team, led by Jaclyn and RaniaBenefitsCompetitive SalaryEquity packageHealth insuranceUnlimited Vacation time
