Lead Engineering teams responsible for a best-in-class member experience, identifying, prioritizing, and shaping complex enterprise initiatives in partnership with Digital Product Managers. Provide a digital-first perspective to help realize business goals. Oversee and execute digital programs supporting several pharmacy programs that generate business value and touch millions of consumers. Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Pharmacy, and other teams) and digital functional teams (Product Managers, Architects, Design, etc.) to drive results in a matrixed environment.
