This role is remote but there may be some travel to Washington DC required.The scope of this effort The scope of this effort will include, but is not limited to, program management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, to support implementation of a Healthcare and Benefits Act. Tasks may include:Redesigning care modelsInnovating care delivery processesIntegrating new service models (e.g., virtual care)Coordinating tri-sector delivery (health, social, community)Experience Examples:Designed a care coordination model for veterans or low-income populationsLed integration of behavioral health and primary care programsRequirements:Minimum 5 years Program/Project Management experienceIVA/VHA/VA experience preferredHealthcare experience preferred (clinical, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare supply chain) preferredMinimum 2 years Consulting experience preferred
