Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and identify potential clients. - Manage inbound inquiries and respond to prospective customer requests. - Qualify leads and schedule meetings or follow-ups with the sales team. - Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through consistent outreach. - Track activities, leads, and interactions in the CRM system. - Clearly communicate product or service value to potential customers. - Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales process. - Meet or exceed outreach, lead generation, and sales targets. Requirements: - C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken) is required. - Spanish is preferred but not required. - Experience in sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or cold calling. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. - Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines is a plus. - Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment. - Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
