Job DescriptionHome Alliance is looking for a results-driven PPC Ads Manager to support a US-based business operating in the home services space.This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, structured, and focused on turning ad spend into measurable business results.What you’ll doOwn and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Display & RetargetingManage paid marketing budgets with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and lead qualityAnalyze performance daily and make fast, data-driven optimizationsBalance supply and demand across multiple business units using paid channelsMaintain structured plans by service, region, channel, spend, and revenueBuild and maintain dashboards and performance reports (Analytics, Power BI)Collaborate closely with the General Manager, marketing leads, and business unitsResearch market trends, demand signals, and optimization opportunitiesWhat we’re looking for2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance MarketingStrong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Bing AdsMetrics-driven mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneouslyStrong English communication skills (C1 level)Organized, proactive, and accountableExperience with lead generation for service-based businesses is a plusWhy this roleHigh ownership and direct impact on business growthClear structure, KPIs, and expectationsLong-term collaboration with a US-based client
