Position Responsibilities: - Organize and maintain case files from claim inception through appeals. - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities under the Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Diseases Acts. - Draft necessary documents and prepare for and attend hearings before the IWCC and Courts. - Manage timely communication with clients. Position Requirements: - 2-3 years of prior experience in workers compensation or defense. - Licensed to practice law in Illinois. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel. - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Pay scale: $90,000 - $115,000.
