Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) Role Overview We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant to support our Klaviyo email and SMS marketing. This role is execution-focused: building, updating, and maintaining campaigns and flows based on clear direction. Hours / Type * Part-time or full-time (flexible). * Initial period of full-time work to fix existing account issues. * Ongoing maintenance and scheduling of campaigns (few hours per week). * Opportunity for full-time status for candidates with expertise in social media, Tik Tok, or ads. * Fully remote. Key Responsibilities * Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo. * Set up, monitor, and maintain core flows including welcome, abandoned cart, and post-purchase sequences. * Update templates, copy, links, and segmentation as instructed. * Perform quality assurance on emails and SMS before sending, checking links, formatting, and personalization. * Monitor basic performance metrics and flag issues. * Maintain clean lists, tags, and segments. * Refresh a currently disorganized and badly converting Klaviyo account. Requirements * Hands-on experience with Klaviyo with proof of positive performance statistics. * Comfort working with email flows, segments, and campaigns. * Basic understanding of ecommerce, preferably with Shopify. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to follow standard operating procedures and execute quickly. Nice to Have * Light copy or layout tweaks. * Experience with SMS compliance and best practices. * Experience or willingness to learn other marketing activities to grow within the department.
