While this isn’t an immediate opening, submitting your portfolio and resume now ensures you're on our radar for future opportunities.In this role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Creative Director and help shape the look, feel, and usability of websites and digital products for mission-driven organizations and our other high-profile brands. Our projects are fast-paced and varied, from large-scale platforms to bold campaign sites, and we value thoughtful design that solves for our clients’ digital problems.What you'll doCollaborate with the Creative Director and our cross-functional teams to craft clean, intuitive interfacesTranslate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designsPresent your ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients, iterating based on shared feedbackWork within and contribute to design systems, knowing when to innovate and when to stay consistentStay on top of design trends and tools, continuously evolving your skills and our processesPartner with developers to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficientlyQualifications5+ years of professional UI design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or consultancyExpertise with FigmaStrong grasp of user-centered design principlesAttention to detail in layout, typography, and colorExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetExperience with motion graphics and Webflow is a major plusAbility to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and self-direct your own workflowComfort working within a design system — and confidence knowing when and how to evolve itWhat We OfferA dynamic and rewarding work culture!At Agital, we want to improve the state of our world.
