The Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end implementations of a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software product for external customers. This role owns delivery execution — from kickoff through go-live and transition to operations — ensuring implementations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to customer requirements. This is a delivery-oriented role requiring strong coordination skills, technical fluency, and the ability to actively manage vendors, internal teams, and customer stakeholders. The Project Manager is accountable for execution, risk management, and customer outcomes — not just reporting status. This position is remote with preference given to candidates who live within a commutable distance to the DMV area.
