About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven TikTok Shop Manager to oversee and optimize TikTok Shop operations. The role focuses on driving sales growth through data-driven strategies, managing affiliate and creator programs, and optimizing performance across the TikTok ecosystem. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplaces, strong knowledge of TikTok Shop policies and tools, and a proven ability to execute and scale effective shop strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute end-to-end TikTok Shop strategy for a single brand account.
* Drive GMV, optimize CAC, and improve ROI through organic and affiliate initiatives.
* Build, launch, and manage TikTok affiliate programs using Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
* Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok creators and affiliates.
* Manage creator content output and posting cadence.
* Identify, track, and scale top-performing content, including Spark Ads when applicable.
* Monitor product seeding, creator sampling inventory, and fulfillment coordination.
* Support strategic planning, performance analysis, and insight generation for TikTok Shop initiatives.
* Assist in the creation of AI-powered content aligned with the master strategy, trends, and performance goals.
* Grow and maintain a high-performing creator network.
* Define and manage commission structures, incentives, and performance-based bonuses.
* Build and manage creator communities using Slack or Discord.
* Ensure compliance, timely payouts, and ongoing support for affiliate partners.
* Analyze performance metrics including GMV, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and CVR.
* Build dashboards and reports using TikTok Shop tools and third-party platforms.
* Continuously test and optimize creative and performance strategies based on data and trends.
* Prepare profitability reports and insights to support decision-making and optimization.
* Align TikTok Shop efforts with broader eCommerce strategies across platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
* Collaborate with internal teams and manage external agencies or freelancers supporting TikTok Shop.
Qualifications:
* 2–4+ years of experience with TikTok Shop, including Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
* Proven experience managing TikTok affiliate and creator campaigns with measurable sales impact.
* Deep knowledge of TikTok’s ecosystem, trends, and short-form video strategy.
* Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing within eCommerce or DTC environments.
* Strong analytical and performance-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.

* Experience with creator recruitment and community management.
* Familiarity with affiliate tools such as Kalodata.
* Background in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or wellness categories.
* Experience with paid TikTok media, including Spark Ads.
