Need an IT service manager to run IT and Cybersecurity Operations Team. Requirements: -Knowledge and experience in configuring and using AutoTask, Hudu/ITGlue, Microsoft Planner, and other service management tools for IT companies -People person, who can also deal with clients when the need arises -Ability to create documentation properly and in an orderly fashion using existing company knowledge in tickets and other sources and not yet existing company knowledge
