Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication. * Manage and resolve account-related issues proactively to prevent escalations. * Monitor account health through key performance indicators and ensure compliance with Amazon policies. * Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs, including logistics, inventory, and operations. * Handle day-to-day account administration efficiently and accurately. * Provide periodic reports and insights on account performance and potential improvements. * Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Requirements: Must-Have: * 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles. * Strong communication skills for effective client relationship management. * Proven ability to problem-solve and handle account challenges proactively. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams. * 90-day probation period. Nice-to-Have: * Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts or working in eCommerce. * Background in eCommerce agencies or Amazon-focused consulting. * Understanding of Amazon policies and account health maintenance. * Familiarity with reporting tools and performance tracking. * Prior experience in consumer products or retail environments.
