Zillion delivers innovative business solutions that give clients a competitive edge.Job DescriptionJob Title - Debit Card Disputes Clerk/ Financial Investigations Support SpecialistNumber of Positions - 1Job Location - Glen Allen, VA, 22546 (Remote)Job Description -The Financial Investigation support specialist is responsible for investigating debit card disputes (fraud and non-fraud related), while maintaining the bank's compliance with Regulation E, VISA, NACHA, and AUB's T&C.The investigator is expected to complete a thorough investigation and complete regulatory reports, if warranted. The investigator will be used to augment current staff due to an increased work load and attrition.QualificationsBasic understanding of VISA rules/disputesExcellent communication skills, including writing, editing, proof reading, and speakingAbility to lead projects independently.Ability to address audiences of varying sizes internally and externallyAbility to exercise sound business judgmentWorking knowledge of generally accepted business practices for internal communicationsProficient computer skills relevant to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointAbility to handle multiple tasks with attention to detailsFlexible, able to adapt to change and comfortable with ambiguity.Previous debit card fraud experience/understandingPrevious Reg.
