Applications will be kept on file, and qualified candidates will be contacted as needs arise.OverviewWe are seeking Security Team Leaders who will be responsible and accountable for the direct management and oversight of a security team’s physical security operations. This role focuses on the planning, coordination, and execution of site and movement security, as well as the preparation, rehearsal, and execution of defensive contingency responses designed to rapidly de-escalate threats and stabilize situations.The Team Leader operates at the tactical level, translating operational guidance into on-the-ground execution while maintaining constant situational awareness and implementing proactive threat reductions measures.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, lead, and oversee physical security operations for personnel, equipment, and materials at fixed sites and during vehicular movements between sitesManage checkpoint security operations and access control measuresPlan, rehearse, and execute security contingency and defensive response actionsIdentify potential security threats through pattern analysis and environmental awareness, communicating risk promptly when indicators are observedDirectly manage and lead actions to mitigate, contain, and reduce identified security threatsMaintain continuous accountability of assigned personnel and equipmentCoordinate and oversee additional physical security-related tasks as directed by senior leadershipEnsure team readiness through rehearsals, briefings, and adherence to established proceduresRequired Qualifications· Prior military service with senior non-commissioned or commissioned officer leadership experience, to include one or more of the following:E-8 or above (1SG, SCPO, Operations SGM, CSM, CMC)Special Forces Team LeaderCompany or Battalion Command positionsTeam Leader in a Special Mission UnitRanger Platoon Sergeant· Extensive experience leading personnel in high-risk, operational environments· Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex security operations· Strong leadership presence with the ability to enforce standards and maintain discipline· Experience managing personnel readiness, equipment accountability, and operational reportingPreferred Qualifications· Prior experience in private security, contracting, or deployed advisory roles· Proven ability to operate independently while coordinating with senior leadership· Strong decision-making skills under pressure· Mission-first mindset with a focus on contractor care and operational excellence
