This position requires a strategic thinker who collaborates effectively with RevOps, IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to transform complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. The developer will craft custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, ensuring seamless integration with other internal GTM tools and data sources. Focusing on maintaining data integrity and adhering to compliance and governance standards, the Salesforce Developer provides ongoing system support and enhancements. By staying current with Salesforce releases and best practices, they proactively recommend and implement improvements to optimize the platform for scalability and align it with our business needs. This position is essential for driving innovation and efficiency within the organization, ensuring that our Salesforce solutions meet the dynamic demands of our internal teams.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning componentsCollaborate across RevOps, IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsMaintain and enhance Salesforce integrations with other GTM tools and data sourcesEnsure data integrity and compliance with governance standardsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancementsStay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend improvementsBalance and focus on priorities, working in development sprints rather than ad hocBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Salesforce DeveloperProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIsExperience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applicationsStrong understanding of GTM processes and revenue operationsCertified Salesforce DeveloperExperience working for companies where multiple apps were integrated into Salesforce
