Fidential integrates with enterprise infrastructure (M365 + APIs) and delivers continuous AI-powered automation for regulated industries. using LLMs and structured reasoning pipelines. This is not experimentation — this is production AI for regulated industries. ⸻ Role • 30 hrs/week • $30/hr for first 60 days • +$5/hr if MVP ships within 6 weeks • $50/hr after full delivery with option for full-time employment. • Equity: 0.10–1% with options • Delivery and accuracy based bonus Technical Stack • Claude / OpenAI APIs • Tool-calling + structured output enforcement • API integrations (Graph-style enterprise APIs) • Secure multi-tenant backend Expectations • Ship production-quality AI modules weekly • Implement structured validation pipelines • Work EST hours (flexible) • Participate in live architecture reviews Required • 3-6 years software development experience OR strong AI project portfolio • Hands-on LLM API experience (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) • Python or TypeScript proficiency • Basic understanding of APIs and async programming • Strong logical thinking Post-60 Days • Full-time conversion option with benefits and bonus package or contract hourly extension • Competitive AI salary band • Canada relocation and expedited sponsorship eligibility after 6–12 months of strong performance Top performers will be fast-tracked for leadership growth.
