Since 2006, we’ve grown to more than 65 locations worldwide, serving churros, Fairtrade coffee, ice cream, and cakes in a fun and welcoming environment.We’re now expanding into Colorado and building a strong remote team to support our U.S. operations.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist who can confidently take ownership of the accounts receivable function. This is a fully remote role, but you’ll work closely with our finance and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly.This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing financial processes independently.What You’ll Be DoingManage the full accounts receivable process including billing, collections, and payment trackingMonitor outstanding invoices and follow up to ensure timely paymentsReconcile accounts and resolve any discrepanciesPrepare reports such as aging summaries and cash flow insightsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesWork with internal teams to resolve billing questions quicklyIdentify ways to improve processes and increase efficiencyWhat We’re Looking ForAt least 5 years of experience in accounts receivableStrong understanding of accounting principles and AR processesExperience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or similarSolid Excel skills and comfort working with dataAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyWhat You’ll GetHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid sick timeLife insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramCommuter assistanceFree parking if in-person visits are ever neededWhy Join UsJoining San Churro means being part of an internationally recognized brand entering the U.S. market.
