Requirements and responsibilities

Design, configure and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. Develop and manage Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Quick Connects and User configurations. Implement IVR, call routing, recording and reporting capabilities. Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch). Develop backend logic using Python or Node.js for serverless integrations. Configure APIs and integrate with CRM and third-party systems. Support telephony integrations including SIP, VoIP, and DID provisioning. Participate in testing, deployment, and production support.
