You’ll assist clients in maximizing their HRIS systems, especially UKG Ready, while helping them streamline HR operations.What You’ll ContributeLead client relationships from onboarding through optimizationAct as a UKG Ready subject matter expert, driving adoption and best practicesTroubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance issues unique to senior livingCollaborate internally to improve service and client outcomesPartner with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in client/account management.Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience (payroll, benefits, HRIS).Experience working with senior living providers (2+ years strongly preferred).Proven UKG Ready configuration and optimization experience.CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).Prior experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (preferred).Benefits AvailableHealth insurance with company paid premium for employee only coverageFSA and HSA options availableCompany paid dental insurance for employee only coverageCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid short- and long-term disability insuranceA 401K plan with company match and safe harbor contributionPaid Time OffAdditional ancillary benefits including Vision, Critical Illness, Voluntary Life/AD&D, and AccidentHow to applyTo apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
