Role Overview: AI Marketing Lead at ISAK Global Ventures. Responsibilities: - Plan the monthly content calendar and campaigns, and agree upon them with leadership. - Build and run AI agents and tools for writing, design, video, social posting, and reporting. - Review every output against the brand guidelines before it goes live. - Fix broken workflows and refine prompts and automations. - Track results and share a short monthly report with clear next steps. - Bring new tools and ideas to test and brief freelancers when needed. Requirements: - At least 4 years in digital marketing, content, or growth, including owning campaigns or a channel from plan to results. - Hands-on experience using AI tools and automations in real marketing work. - Clear written English. - A good eye for brand and design. - Ability to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Chicago time. - Ability to learn new tools quickly. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n. - Experience in B2B or multi-brand marketing. - Experience in video editing.
