Role SummaryWe are seeking a senior Klaviyo architect to audit and rebuild our foundation cleanly, and with documentation that the internal team can run on afterward. Our account has grown organically for years, with signup forms added over time, segmentation that's evolved without a single owner, a flow library that hasn't had a fresh technical review, and list-hygiene and deliverability practices that need review. We're looking for someone to audit the current state, confirm what's working, and rebuild or realign wherever needed.Scope & deliverablesAudit and rebuild list/signup-form architecture across the content site, remapping list-based opt-ins to interest-based profile properties (or another structure better suited to the data).Run a segmentation health check and consolidate overlapping segments into one documented structure.Stand up deliverability and list-hygiene fundamentals: domain authentication, sender reputation, suppression logic, bounce/complaint handling, and sunset policiesAudit every live flow for structure and technical settings (triggers, filters, exit logic) and correct broken or conflicting configurations.Rebuild revenue attribution/tracking, review integration health across connected marketing tools, and stand-up platform reporting and dashboards.Establish governance standards, documentation, checklists, and workflows, and train the internal team for ongoing ownership.Remain available on an ad hoc basis after ~90 days.Qualifications & SkillsRequiredCurrent Klaviyo platform expertise—architecture, flows, segmentation, integrations.Demonstrated history of auditing and rebuilding accounts at scale, with proven ability to execute changes directly on the platform.High proficiency in email deliverability—authentication, list hygiene, suppression, and reputation management.Attribution/tracking setup experience, reporting and dashboard build experience, and the rigor to document and hand off cleanly.Experience establishing governance documentation and training an internal team for long-term ownershipPreferredExperience with Shopify integration depth and DTC ecommerce.SMS/RCS familiarity.Work from Home RequirementsUp-to-date Mac or Windows computer with anti-virus protectionReliable high-speed internet connectionMust be comfortable and experienced using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, OneDrive)Engagement DetailsStart with a ~30-day auditNext ~60 days for implementation and governance handoff (scoped from audit findings)Remain available for ad-hoc support, hourly payPay Range: $25 - $35/hour DOELocation: Fully remoteType: Project-based contract, approximately 90-days, then hourly as needed for ad-hoc supportDr. Berg Nutritionals is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
