At Transitials, we’re expanding our Team and looking for a Functional Consultant – Oracle Fusion OTL who can deliver transformation with precision and purpose. 🔍 What You’ll Do ✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document requirements for system enhancements. ✔ Configure and implement Oracle Fusion OTL solutions, aligned with approved functional documentation (AN100, CM030, MD050, etc). ✔ Lead UAT cycles – define test cases, support business testing, and resolve any issues. ✔ Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) configurations, integrations, and fast formulas. ✔ Work closely with internal teams to roll out solutions across multiple entities and Joint Ventures. ✔ Support end-user training and knowledge transfer activities. ✔ Stay ahead of Oracle’s quarterly updates to leverage new features and capabilities. ✅ What We’re Looking For 🔹 5–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion, particularly Time and Labor (OTL). 🔹 Proven experience in at least one full-cycle Fusion OTL implementation. 🔹 Strong hands-on with OTL setups, fast formulas, absence integration, and local timekeeping system integration. 🔹 Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills. 🔹 Proficiency in test planning, documentation, and regression testing. 🔹 Familiarity with tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI. 🔹 Fluent English communication and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Nice to Have Formal Oracle training or certifications Experience with OTBI / BI Publisher, including custom subject area design
