We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Oracle CPQ and CRM expertise to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and implementation of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, product configuration, pricing rules, quote generation, and CRM integration, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle CPQ and CRM applications.
- Work closely with sales, sales operations, finance, product management, and technical teams to understand business needs.
- Analyze and document end-to-end sales processes, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and order handoff.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and Oracle CPQ capabilities.
- Support the design and implementation of product configuration rules, pricing logic, discount structures, and approval workflows.
- Analyze quote-to-cash processes and identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with Oracle CPQ functional consultants and developers to translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Support CRM integration with Oracle CPQ, including customer data, opportunities, products, quotes, and order information.
- Coordinate with technical teams on APIs, data mapping, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Support testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare test scenarios, validate business rules, track defects, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Assist with data migration, validation, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, solution walkthroughs, and requirement sign-offs.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Support post-implementation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM, CPQ, sales operations, or enterprise application implementation projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud and CRM applications.
- Understanding of Configure, Price, Quote processes, including product configuration, pricing, discounting, quote generation, and approval workflows.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Knowledge of CRM sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, account management, and sales pipeline management.
- Experience with business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and workflow documentation.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of UAT, SIT, test case preparation, defect management, and validation.
- Understanding of integrations between CPQ, CRM, ERP, and downstream order management systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation or enhancement projects.
- Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud CX, or other CRM platforms integrated with Oracle CPQ.
- Knowledge of product models, configuration rules, pricing rules, commerce processes, and approval workflows in Oracle CPQ.
- Exposure to REST APIs, integration tools, SQL, and data mapping.
- Experience with Oracle ERP integration and quote-to-order processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Oracle CPQ or related Oracle certifications are an advantage.
