poweredbytiny.com.The OpportunityAs Head of Healthcare Provider (HCP) Sales, you will own and scale Tiny Health’s practitioner channel and lead an established sales team that partners with clinicians and clinics to bring precision microbiome testing into everyday patient care. You’re inheriting a small sales team and a motion with real traction (we grew almost 400% last year); and your mandate is to turn that momentum into a predictable, repeatable, high-growth revenue engine.This role will build the playbook, systems, and coaching culture that let the team consistently hit and exceed targets, tighten the funnel from first conversation to activated account, and expand relationships into recurring, embedded testing within a practice. You’ll set territory design, comp plans, and KPIs, and instrument the funnel so every decision is data-driven.We are looking for a builder-operator: a sales leader who has scaled a team selling into individual healthcare practitioners and clinics, who leads with high EQ, fluency in data, and a bias for action. You are energized by a mission to make the microbiome a cornerstone of personalized health, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
