Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Web Designer, you will design websites and landing pages that combine strong visual design with intuitive user experiences and clear business goals. You will work closely with strategists, copywriters, developers, and clients to turn briefs into responsive, conversion-focused digital experiences.WHAT YOU WILL DODesign websites and landing pages from initial concepts through final designsCreate wireframes, page layouts and high-fidelity designs in FigmaTranslate brand guidelines into consistent and engaging digital experiencesDesign responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobileCollaborate with copywriters, strategists and developers throughout the design processPresent designs to clients and incorporate feedback into final workConsider usability, accessibility and conversion goals when making design decisionsPrepare organised, developer-ready design files and assetsReview implemented pages to ensure they match approved designs and provide a consistent user experienceWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR3+ years of professional web or digital design experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating website and landing page designAdvanced Figma skills and strong understanding of modern web design practicesStrong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, responsive design and UX principlesExperience designing conversion-focused landing pages and marketing websitesAbility to work from written briefs and translate business objectives into effective design solutionsComfortable presenting design decisions and receiving feedback directly from clientsStrong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with developersNice to haveWebflow experience; basic HTML and CSS knowledge; UX research experience; familiarity with CRO and analytics; experience with design systems; and experience designing websites for B2B or SaaS companies.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualifications, with the full package discussed during the interview process.
