Our partner is looking for a GCM Relationship Manager based in the United States.This role manages client relationships and the day-to-day administration of Global Capital Markets accounts with varying levels of complexity and risk.You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients while coordinating closely with internal teams and external service partners.The position combines client service, transaction administration, operational oversight, risk management, and regulatory compliance.You will support the structuring and closing of transactions while helping identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow revenue.The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and confidence working with legal and financial documentation.You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Sales, Fee Billing, and other stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of sophisticated capital markets relationships while contributing to business growth and operational excellence.Accountabilities:Manage the daily administration and operational oversight of assigned Global Capital Markets accounts, ensuring transactions are properly established, maintained, and operated in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, controls, and risk standards.Monitor account systems, databases, workflows, and activity for accounts with moderate to significant complexity and risk, identifying discrepancies, operational concerns, or control issues that require attention or escalation.Serve as a primary relationship contact for assigned clients, delivering responsive and high-quality service while coordinating with internal teams and external service providers to address needs and maintain strong relationships.Review, analyze, and provide input to counsel regarding the negotiation and drafting of legal documents and agreements associated with assigned accounts.Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance activities with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and other relevant stakeholders.Research and resolve client-service and control-related issues promptly, using appropriate internal and external resources to protect customer satisfaction and operational integrity.Collaborate with external parties, including attorneys, financial advisors, interested parties, and alliance or service partners, to structure and close Global Capital Markets transactions efficiently.Complete account administration activities such as cash-flow execution, fee billing, internal and external reporting, tickler processing, and other transaction-related requirements.Participate with sales teams in calls with current and prospective clients, both virtually and in person, and prepare fee proposals that support new business opportunities while ensuring fees comply with applicable schedules and controls.Partner with fee-billing teams to monitor aged receivables and support timely collection of outstanding balances.Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients and referral sources to identify opportunities for new business, retention, expansion, and increased engagement.Represent the organization at transaction closings, client meetings, presentations, and other relationship-building activities, preparing relevant materials and documentation as needed.Identify opportunities to increase revenue when transaction requirements or services change, recommending appropriate additional fees and implementing approved fee increases, discounts, or waivers in accordance with established controls.Provide coverage and support for other Relationship Managers within the assigned section or unit when required.Participate in departmental projects and broader corporate initiatives, and assist management with the development and operation of business products and processes.Mentor or supervise less experienced associates when appropriate, helping strengthen team capabilities and promote consistent service and operational standards.Maintain strong awareness of risk and regulatory requirements, promptly identifying and escalating risk-related concerns and ensuring internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulatory issues are addressed.Promote a collaborative and inclusive working environment while demonstrating strong ownership, professionalism, and commitment to high service standards.RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 2 years of client-service experience involving Global Capital Markets products or markets;
