Key Focus Areas: - Lead the Brazil location strategy, roadmap, and technology demand. - Act as the primary SPOC for business, technology, vendors, and leadership. - Identify opportunities and convert business needs into executable initiatives. - Lead programs across scope, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and delivery. - Perform hands-on Business Analysis including requirements, process mapping, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Build and expand the Brazil team through hiring, transitions, and capability development. - Work closely with distributed teams across Brazil and India. What We're Looking For: - 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, or Capability Leadership. - Strong experience managing distributed business, engineering, and vendor teams. - Hands-on BA and full program ownership experience. - Strong understanding of Java/.NET, APIs, integrations, cloud, DevSecOps, data, and software delivery lifecycle. - Fluent Portuguese and professional English. - Legal authorization to work in Brazil. - GCC, captive centre, nearshore, or regional delivery experience is a plus.
