We are looking for a Global Employer Digital and Social Media Manager to join our innovative and socially responsible team at OKX. As the manager, you will be responsible for deliberate planning, strategy, and goal setting, brand awareness, and online reputation management of our employer branding social media channels. You will need to have a diverse range of skills, knowledge, and experience in social media and digital marketing channels, media buying, performance marketing, campaign management, trend hacking, data analysis, social listening, and digital marketing. If you have extensive hands-on experience in social media management for tech-focused companies, expertise in managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and the ability to work across different teams in various countries and time zones, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Plan, strategize, and set goals for employer branding social media channels - Manage brand awareness and online reputation through social media - Create organic content and communicate in a professional and unique social media 'voice' for different talent personas - Manage media buying and performance marketing across various social channels - Drive social accounts on a day-to-day basis and execute social media campaigns - Develop monthly content plans, trend hack, and liaise with creative, design, and production agencies - Compile data across social media platforms for weekly/monthly reports and analyze for insights - Understand omni-channel marketing strategies and drive changes in processes to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
