What you'll be doing:Lead and mentor junior team members on marketing operations best practicesManage the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaignsOversee the maintenance and improvement of marketing databases and CRM systemsImplement and manage marketing automation tools and workflowsEnsure seamless data flows between marketing systems, resolving integration issues as they ariseAnalyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendationsSafeguard data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulationsDevelop and document standard operating procedures for marketing processesDrive multiple projects forward simultaneously to support Growth initiativesCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to align activities with business goalsEvaluate, select, and implement new mar-tech solutions to improve efficiency and impactWhat you need to have:Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field;5-7 years of experience in marketing operations or related role;Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools;Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights;Excellent project management and organizational skills;Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), CAN-SPAM laws, deliverability best practices;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to prioritize, adapt, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment;You'll stand out if you have:Management experience;Hands-on Iterable experience;Basic HTML knowledge;Strong problem solving skills;API knowledgeSalary range€42,000 - €66,000 a yearThis range includes base, variable and equity.These compensation bands are just the starting point.
