Requirements and responsibilities

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Simi Valley, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. The role also involves collaborating with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and managing client relationships to ensure effective communication and trust. Qualifications: * Strong background in Law, with specific experience in Construction and/or Engineering Law. * Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough Legal Research. * Effective Negotiation skills. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. * Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing. * Experience in litigation is a plus.
