FP&A Management Accountant at Phocas Software

As the Management Accountant/FP&A Analyst, you will support and contribute to critical business decisions by researching, constructing, analysing, presenting and maintaining key financial, growth and M&A models to better inform and drive key strategic global business decisions. Reporting to our Group Head of FP&A, you will be involved in financial modelling and analysis, revenue and budget forecasting, financial reporting and reconciliations, data analysis, and working with and presenting to senior management. Responsibilities: - Conceptualise, gather, plan, prepare, construct, summarise and analyse pivotal financial, growth and M&A Models - Produce datasets and reports for analysis and decision making - Maintain and improve existing financial models and procedures - Prepare, build and manage the budget and forecast process with key stakeholders - Support and guide key stakeholders across all parts of the business with commercial insights and guidance - Provide ongoing daily commercial support to the CFO and Group Head of FP&A
