Fullstack offers comprehensive training opportunities across the U.S. and prepares students with the in-demand skills they need to launch fulfilling tech careers. We are looking for a Part-Time Instructor to help transform the lives of our students and prepare them for employment in the Web Development field. This is a remote role, with classes delivered synchronously and 100% online. The role requires approximately 8-10 hours per week, including teaching, preparation, grading, and office hours. Responsibilities: - Teach select lessons in accordance with learning objectives and session plans provided by Fullstack - Employ strategies known to meet the needs of adult learners and leverage tech tools - Manage regular communication with students to align on progress and expectations - Provide individualized student support during class sessions and office hours - Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback - Serve as a role model and ambassador for the brand - Promote student retention and satisfaction by creating a positive classroom culture - Encourage teamwork and seek feedback for continuous improvement
